My Story
I am a chinese herbalist based in Lisbon, Portugal, with over 30 years of experience dedicated to natural healing. My work began with a deep curiosity about the body’s innate ability to heal and has evolved into a lifelong commitment to helping others restore balance and vitality.

Over the decades, I have supported individuals facing chronic conditions often when other approaches had failed through personalized herbal programs designed for lasting relief. By combining traditional wisdom with evidence-based understanding, my focus is always on sustainable, long-term results rather than temporary fixes.

I am the originator of Organ Vitality Training and Tea Within Me. As a Kundalini Yoga teacher trainer, I have guided and certified more than 1,000 students into teachers. Alongside this, my path has included work as a Karam Kriya numerologist, herbalist, acupuncturist, and shiatsu practitioner. These disciplines have not simply been professions, but my life’s work.

With extensive experience in various forms of yoga, Oriental medicine, and the mind-body connection, my approach is holistic, integrative, and rooted in over three decades of hands-on practice.
